If you require small to medium maintenance jobs, then P.E.M.B.S Limited can help you out. We cover all aspects of general maintenance for domestic, commercial, offices, public houses, places of worship and stately homes.
We can maintain:
- Electrical work – extra sockets, replacing lights, installation of smoke and heat detectors, supplies to outside buildings, new supplies, partial or full rewires, garden electrics, new cooker points, shower replacements or new shower installations, security and surveillance CCTV, exterior lighting including decorative, fault finding, inspection, and testing (see our Electrical Services page for more detail)
- Paintwork – interior or exterior (NB: we will only use Dulux or Crown paint on all of our paint jobs)
- Wallpaper stripping – using our industrial steamers, we get the job done in no time
- Pressure washing – walls, patios, decking, drives, fire escapes (metal or wooden), fascia,soffits, gutters and roofs, conservatories, blocked drain pipes
- Garden maintenance – reclaim your garden by clearing away overgrown plants, cutting back bushes and overhanging branches, removal of unwanted fencing, brickwork, concrete bases, and slabs/patios
- Wood treatment – stables, field shelters, fences, decking, garages, garden sheds, pagodas, summerhouses using Thompson or Ronseal products
